The bulk of this collection relates to the various International Congresses, held every three years since 1889 [There are gaps in the records between 1907-1920]. The material on the congresses includes programs, lists of members, abstracts of communications, and photographs, with more substantial documentation for meetings held in the U.S. (e.g., Washington, D.C., 1968). This collection also includes general correspondence, minutes of meetings, reports of the Secretary, Executive Committee and Council correspondence, records relating to budgets, record books, and photographs.
